Setting the standard in quality control.
From initial load validation with automated recipe selection to final inspection of distortion, anisotropy, and scratch detection, TemperQC delivers the future of factory automation to your tempering process today.
» Key Application: Complete Tempering Quality Control System
TemperQC provides full control of the process allowing top glass fabricators to produce higher quality glass at lower cost by closing the loop from recipe selection, fault detection via the Owl® 5 to feedback and reporting from the final stage of quality assurance and process control via the Osprey® 10. All Osprey® systems include an industrial handheld wireless scanner supporting your bar-code scanning at the unload.
TemperQC demonstrates LiteSentry’s continued commitment to new technology constantly providing the latest and most advanced offerings in the fields of glass inspection, process control, and quality assurance.
Benefits
- Closing the loop for full process control
- Increase throughput
- Eliminate human error
- Improve productivity
- Improved customer satisfaction
- Improved quality with less variation
- Reduce labor
TemperQC supports communication over many open and proprietary standards including:
XML
ModbusTCP
Allen Bradley ControlLogix
Profinet
SQL
And others making it compatible with any modern furnace and ERP software.
Recent TemperQC Projects:
LiteSentry Owl® 4 with Cooltemper furnace. Recipe Lookup Table (LUT) and modbus communication to select recipes on a Cooltemper /TCME furnace.
LiteSentry Osprey® 10 with Fenetech communication. Receive Fenevision batch numbers via a file system interface and provide Osprey Inspection results as xml file.
LiteSentry Osprey® 10 with Hegla, Northglass, and A+W. Osprey® receives serial numbers over Profinet from Siemens S700 PLC from Northglass furnace. Osprey® communicates results to A+W system using xml messages over a network socket.
