Now we’re looking for a motivated Support & Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Waidhofen/Ybbs, Austria.

💡 Your mission:

As part of our global support team, you’ll help customers get the best out of our inspection systems — from installation to troubleshooting.
You’ll be the bridge between our technology and our clients, solving challenges that truly matter in glass production.

Your main tasks:

  • Provide first and second-level support for our automated quality inspection systems
  • Assist international customers and partners via remote service, email, and phone
  • Support our quality department with testing and documentation

 🧠 Your Skills:

  • Technical education (HTL or equivalent)
  • Independent and results-oriented work style
  • Team player with strong motivation and a proactive mindset
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Driver’s license (class B)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Previous experience in the glass industry is desired, but not required

  Nice to have:

  • Additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, or Chinese)
